My Reflection on Self-Awareness

How do you maintain yourself awareness as a coach?

As a coach we need to start believe that we need to make an effort to explore ourselves this endless road of self awareness not only to be perceived more empathically  by our clients as someone the force him-herself  to do it and this way being more trustworthy to ask questions on this regard to our client; but to achieve more success in life by understanding what we like, what we value and what makes happy al around. This will help us understand what process and tools we like and can use better to hel our clients.

But how can we accomplish this ?

But how can we accomplish this ?

we need to also use all tolls available to achieve it. From looking back in our past see where we had success and failures, Trying to understanding patterns  and uncovering “underlying believes” that will help us move better forward. Also reaching out for a coach that will hep us in this process, reading books, etc.

This topic brought to me a new desire to learn more about self awareness and looking around found several books on the matter and  recently started  to read one book about Awareness (Awareness – The key to living in balance by OSHO – insights for a new way of living) which I am finding quite interesting… and hopefully will bring me new learning on this area
